The Water management team Bandhu Odisha Utkal University is a group of engineers, scientists, and other professionals dedicated to the sustainable management of water resources in the state of Odisha, India. The team is based at the Utkal University campus in Bhubaneswar, and it works in collaboration with a variety of government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and community groups.
